To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

We offer a 100-day free trial with no obligation. After the trial, paid subscription options will be available. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex carries inherent risks and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and that past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
